Soil type: calcareous clay marl
Training system: espalier with Guyot pruning
Planting density: 4500 vines per hectare
Harvest time: end of September, hand-picked into small containers
Winemaking technique: The grapes, harvested at the end of September, are destemmed and pressed and subjected to cold maceration to facilitate the complete extraction of the first aromatic fraction. Fermentation follows with brief maceration at a controlled temperature. Aged in tanks.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Smooth, balanced, with notes of red fruit. Enveloping and pleasant on the palate, it lends itself to easy culinary pairings.
